Our Process
We take care of everything starting from our client's first phone call to the finish of the project. We keep the entire process start to finish simple and easy. We have an easy 4 phase process for our clients to make the project a big success..

1. Preconstruction Design
This initial phase gives clients a full understanding of the project's scope, and schedule before a single nail is driven or brick is laid.

2. Design & Construction Estimate
Second phase will give an understanding of the estimated cost, a clear picture of the final project design and will help client to know even the tiny details that goes into the project's success.
3. On-Site Consultations
We involve our clients in every part of the project decision and treat every project as special as it is to our clients and encourage them to visit the site. We use Iterative Model with project development and the on-site communication will make construction more effective.

4. The Finishing
Touches
The process of building a home is deeply personal and emotional. We endeavour to make it as comfortable for our clients as we can. It is exciting to be able to enrich peoples lives and we are enriched in return.

Our Mission & Vission
We explore new evidence and push the boundaries of technology to meet our clients' needs and climate challenges head-on, but we’ll continue to do what we believe in: solve for people and place.

Our goal has always been to pioneer a holistic and humane understanding of the relationship between buildings, people, and the environment. Rather than reflecting a signature style, our work is derived from the particulars of the climate, context, and the human experience.
As stewards of the built environment, we look to past projects to inform future performance. We pilot novel approaches – like a building with no mechanical heating and cooling in India's diverse climate zones – and then apply them at all scales to make the greatest impact.
